The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.



The WOM coordinator works in and facilitates the daily receiving production goals of the department to include cost, quality, service, delivery and most importantly safety. Follows inbound information on retail deliveries, and container deliveries.



  • Waves Daily orders, by starting early to call up orders for replenishers. Communicates to replenishers when replenishments are needed. Watches order levels in AX WMS several times a day. Waves orders in accordance to posted list. Cleans the order bucket every day.
  • Reviews the shipment screen to call out any old waves that have not completed to invoicing.
  • Verifies that all store orders were printed and shipped for the day
  • Ensures correct count of items on transfers and proper packaging of store transfers.
  • Put away of store receipts, monitors volume and communicates high volume returns.
  • Act as back-up as needed to style set-up in the system. Including home locations, weights and dims.
  • Assists in warehouse tasks as needed.



  • Other duties as assigned



  • Pallet jack trained. R/F gun trained
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be willing to conduct oneself in accordance with Company's Core Values.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bi-lingual ability a plus.

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of warehouse and inventory experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft based programs including intermediate excel, word, outlook etc.
  • ERP experience preferred.
  • Has demonstrated leadership capabilities and is willing to participate in leadership training opportunities.
  • Dependable with a good record of attendance
  • Must be able to get along with a variety of individuals
  • Must be able to work overtime as required
  • Willing to follow instructions and take direction 



To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential job duties satisfactorily.

  • Lifting, standing, bending, stooping and walking a minimum of 8 hours a day
  • Must be able to lift/pull 50 pounds with no restrictions
  • Ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance
  • Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Required to use arms, hands and fingers frequently to handle, feel or reach.
  • The sensory requirements for this position include vision, hearing, and touch.
  • Must be able to handle work that is repetitious



This position reports directly to the Distribution Center Supervisor.
