Senior Financial Analyst

The Sr. Financial Analyst will support and drive all financial planning and analysis functions within the company. An ideal candidate would possess proficient financial modeling skills, have experience with Microsoft Power BI and have a strong attention to detail. Also, this role requires collaboration with various business units and involves projects that are completed independently.


  • Develop annual budgets, forecast updates and long-term financial plans based on company goals and strategies
  • Develop and enhance existing Microsoft BI Dashboard reports to display essential and up to date data to various departments within the company
  • Partner with the Product Management team to evaluate current and future products
  • Perform in-depth analyses of company financials to recognize trends and opportunities
  • Create and maintain repeatable and accurate reports using large volumes of data for Executive and Management teams
  • Work on special projects including building new models/templates and ad-hoc analyses for various business units and departments
  • Maintain product pricing with our ERP system
  • Propose solutions and drive continuous improvement to better support business needs and decision makers
  • Analyze performance of marketing programs and promotional events to support sales and product strategies

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MSFA or MBA Preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role required
  • Experience in forecasting and planning/budgeting required
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail required
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Power Point skills are essential
  • Solid communication skills, with ability to influence others and adapt the message depending on the audience
  • Self-starter who exhibits intellectual curiosity and drive for results, eager to learn and implement new systems and strategies
  • Ability to identify business issues and generate solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities, multi-task and ensure deadlines are met
  • Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 System preferred
  • Comfortable with a cyclical workload, monthly fiscal close, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets


This position reports to the Director of Finance
